More than half of the world's population lives today in cities and it is predicted that by 2050 it will reach 66% (UN, 2014). This guide is addressed to the governments of the cities of Latin America and the Caribbean as a tool to support the design and implementation of local public policies on international human mobility from a rights perspective and in line with the 2030 Agenda.
