This report documents the work of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s (SDC) programme "Promoting Sustainable Mountain Development for Global Change (SMD4GC)" and offers an evidence-informed preliminary assessment of a subset of SDG indicators tailored to an SMD context, data availability for those indicators, and the possibility of disaggregating those data to meaningful spatial contexts.
