Local Economic Development - For use of African local elected

This methodological guide is published by the French Development Agency in collaboration with the Local Economic Development Network Africa (LEDNA) related to Cities and Local Governments of Africa (UCLGA). It was designed to African policy makers, primarily in secondary cities elected. This guide is based on successful experiences in achieving local economic development strategies of two African cities Aneho (Togo) and Djougou (Benin).
