Territorial Development Plans as an instrument of peace building

This document methodological guidelines was conducted within the framework of advocacy strategy for incorporating peacebuilding in the Plans of Territorial Development (PDT), led interagency technical committee composed of the Office of the High Commissioner for Peace (OHCP); the Office of the Minister Counselor for Post-Conflict, Human Rights and Security; and the National Planning Department (DNP). This strategy aims to generate tools and instruments that can be adopted to the particularities of the territory, for local authorities include transversely issues concerning peace and in their PDT and other planning tools key tasks. Similarly, it aims to position peace as a purpose of the entire national population.
