Location of the 2030 Agenda in Mexico. Systematization of the installation and operationalization of the Follow-up and Instrumentation Bodies of the 2030 Agenda

Guidance and systemization of experiences

In this publication, UNDP presents the status of the location of the 2030 Agenda at the subnational level in Mexico. In particular, it seeks to systematize the installation and operationalization process of the Monitoring and Instrumentation Bodies (OSI) of the 2030 Agenda at the state level, in order to generate greater knowledge regarding the design and potential of these bodies, as well as the challenges they face. Besides inviting critical reflection on the actions that Mexico is promoting in this field, this publication serves as an instrument of South-South cooperation, being useful for countries with a federal system similar to Mexico.
